SAFE ROOM FEATURES:

How it works:

Once you've been approved as a retailer, you will choose your Truckload option and pay 10% at the time of order.
Minimum truckload order, $56,000
90% (final balance) wire transfer due 1 week before truck loads out.
Earn 35% +/- profit (4x4, MSRP $5,500 | 4x6 MSRP, $7,000 | 4x8 MSRP $8,300).
All units are painted with industrial enamel and primer. You can choose your safe room color or they will be painted Standard Factory Beige (as seen in photos).
You will be responsible for 100% of the installation and warehousing.
There is a 6 to 8 week lead time between May and November. Check Factory Loading at time of order.
Delivery Charges, per truck load:

Zone 1 (0 - 90 Miles) of Nashville, TN = $500.00

Zone 2 (91 - 150 Miles) of Nashville, TN = $825.00

Zone 3 (151 - 210 Miles) of Nashville, TN = $1,150.00

Zone 4 (211+ Miles) of Nashville, TN = Call for Pricing

There is no minimum order. You do not have to buy a 'truckload' at a time.
With this tier, you will be responsible for picking up from warehouse and installing the safe rooms.
TMC Safe Rooms will warehouse your safe rooms for you.
100% (final balance) wire transfer due 1 week before pickup.
Earn 25% +/- profit (4x4, MSRP $5,500 | 4x6 MSRP, $7,000 | 4x8 MSRP $8,300).

There is a 4 to 6 week lead time between May and November.
